Höen xenonmatch sidelight bulbs :- 2 year replacement guarantee
Höen xenonmatch Titanium :- 1 replacement guarantee
Hoen specialty / show bulbs :- 2 year replacement guarantee
Höen xenonmatch E-marked bulbs :- 2 year replacement guarantee
Höen xenonmatch chromium bulbs :- 2 year replacement guarantee

Please e-mail Höen to receive an RMA number of other instructions for the return of a failed bulb.

Replacement cannot be issued for bulbs showing significant surface scratches from incorrect installation procedures.  In addition replacement cannot be issued for bulbs showing cap contact (scuffs on bulb cap) with the lamp housings also due to improper installation.
